| INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Place 3 drops in the palm of your hand. Begin with your affirmation for healing, repeating 2-3 times while anointing the specific Chakra. When finished, rub both palms together and hold two inches from your nose, breathing deeply and slowly. Take 3 deep breathes. The aroma is transferred from the olfactory to the hypothalamus, pituatary & pineal glands, effectuating positive change in the cellular hormone memory in the brain first and in the body next. 1st Chakra- Apply 3 drops of the formula on the sole of both of your feet. 2nd Chakra Apply 3 drops of the formula 2-3” below the navel. 3rd Chakra Apply 3 drops of the formula on the solar plexus. 4th Chakra Apply 3 drops of the formula on the center of your breast bone. 5th Chakra Apply 3 drops of the formula at the front of the neck/throat. 6th Chakra Apply 3 drops of the formula on the 3rd eye, the point just between your eyebrows. 7th Chakra Apply 3 drops of the formula on top of the head, crown chakra. |
